Finally!

I have a few hat pictures for you!

It took a lot of driving, but I found some places with weather (sort of) cool enough for me to bust out my hand spun hat and wear it in public!

Yesterday it took its maiden voyage to the Ninkasi brewery in Eugene, Oregon. (Sadly not my taste in beer, but my brother loved their bitter beer selection.)

Then, today in Portland, we made a stop by The Naked Sheep and picked up a few pretties for some future projects.

It was too dark for pictures of the new yarn when we got back to camp, but hopefully I can post some tomorrow. It was a great little shop, and the lady at the counter was extremely friendly, which got me thinking… Does anyone have any Seattle yarn shops that they would suggest? I do love them so, and can’t wait to check out more on this trip!
